For a very long time I had a list, things I wanted to achieve but always told myself I couldn't.

Nothing big like world peace, I just wanted to enjoy my life and not feel inhibited. I wanted to study, change my career meet new people.

The thought of doing any of these things terrified me I worried so much about how others saw me that I hardly lived at all I just got by as best as I could.

A friend suggested hypnotherapy I felt a little sceptical at first but It really helped me to realise that I have the strength to achieve the things on my list.

I no longer feel the same level of anxiety that I use to, I am enjoying my life more.
