Wimbledon is well established, known of course to much of the world for it’s annual International Tennis Tournament.
Wimbledon and Putney present many of the same clients for treatment; stressed dads, young professionals looking to do more or better at work, older children managing exam stress and the usual myriad of anxieties, concerns and phobias.
Every other year or so I get a call from a budding Tennis Player who is looking to improve their ‘inner game’ and we look at helping to train the unconscious to utilise all of the hard won physical ability to the best advantage.
Some of the symptoms I have treated from Wimbledon clients:
- All manner of phobias from flying to the dentist
- Work confidence
- Relationship issues
- Food and drink related issues
My practice is convieniently located for clients from Wimbledon and below you will find a collection of success stories in my work as a clinical hypnotherapist with my Wimbledon clients.
I hope the stories of their experiences with clinical hypnosis will help to give you a better understanding of the hypnotherapy process and how I work.
Jeanine from Wimbledon came for depression that left her bed bound and hopeless...
Hi Doug, thanks, yes I did have a good holiday, and for once I didn’t fear the return back to England and the stresses of our routine. Pretty much I never sleep in the day now, this is the biggest turnaround, I actually feel ready for the new projects I’ve got lined up and can see a brighter future for Ross and I. I don’t feel the need to return to see you right now which I guess is very positive…thanks for your patience and understanding, I have recommended you to my best friend for her daughters food problems.

Rose from Wimbledon came to see me for driving test nerves (she had failed 4 tests).
I passed, thanks so much, I’m convinced your three sessions helped me so much, I’d had over 40 driving lessons, I wish I had had hypnotherapy earlier…I felt calm as the instructor walked in and was actually able to talk to him without getting the jitters, that set me off on good footing for the rest of the test, I’m taking the children swimming this afternoon – on my own, I had almost given up!
